This edition we take a step further in our collaboration with Allout Training, specialized cycling coaches, to help you prepare your distance with the best possible planning.

Allout Training has developed the official generic training plans for the Lo Voltor and Lo Flamenc distances.

In this way, all those registered will be able to follow a structured plan and arrive in the best conditions for each challenge.

Lo Voltor: Monday, November 24
Lo Flamenc: Monday, December 8

2-Download the training plan: Lo Voltor or Lo Flamenc
3-Apply the 100% discount code you received with the registration confirmation email. (If you are already registered, request your code via email)

when does it last?

Lo Voltor: 18 weeks
Lo Flamenc: 16 weeks
