  1. Club Esportiu La Garba organized La Garba, a non-competitive cycling route. The departure and arrival will be in L’Ampolla (Delta de l’Ebre).
  2. The test has different distances, approximately:
    • Lo Voltor 500km +8000m
    • Lo Flamenc 343km +5410m
    • La Cabra 226km +3920m
    • Lo Cabrit 130km +1550m
    • La Garba 123km +80m
    • Lo Manoll 83km +60m
  3. The route will not be marked physically and the participants will follow the same through the track that the organization will facilitate. The route will be a surprise until a few days before the event, the tracks will be sent to registrants via email.
  4. There will be different refreshment points along the route.
  5. Those registered will be able to collect the runner’s bag and bib, at the times established by the organization in the corresponding section of the website. The DNI must be presented, or a photocopy of the same must be shown in the case of collecting that of another registered person.
  6. The route is open to traffic at all times, the participant must respect the current General Traffic Regulations.
  7. The route is suitable for gravel bikes or mountain bikes. It is allowed to participate with electric bicycles.
  8. The registration in any mode of the test is personal and non-transferable, and implies the acceptance of all the articles of this regulation, as well as the conditions of purchase. Registrations will be closed when the limit established by the organization is reached, or on the Thursday before the event. 
  9. Cancellation insurance: In the event of cancellation, the organization will only refund the registration amount if the affected participant made the refund insurance payment at the time of registration, which is established in €10 and which will be deposited for the expenses incurred. This refund will only be made up to 15 days before the start of the test. After this date no registration will be refunded.
  10. The organization has civil liability insurance according to current legislation. All participants will have accident insurance taken out by the organization. This insurance will cover the following points:
    – Unlimited health care for sports accidents in Spanish territory.
    – Disability according to scale due to sports accident of up to €12,000.
    – Death due to sports accident up to €6,000
    The notification of the sporting accident must be communicated on the same day of the sporting event. Health care or medical-surgical care will only be covered in the care centers arranged by the insurance.
  11. Test participants by signing up give their consent because Club Esportiu La Garba, by itself or through third parties, especially SB HOTELS SPAIN  S.L., automatically and exclusively for sporting, promotional or commercial purposes, your personal data. To renounce this transfer, the participant must express this in the registration form at the time of registration. In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD) and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons, have put into practice those policies, means and technical and organizational procedures to guarantee and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the personal data of its users. The participant has the right to access these files in order to rectify or cancel their content in whole or in part. To do so, you must request in writing by sending an email to [email protected]
  12. The organization is not responsible for damages for physical, moral and / or material damage that may affect participants and / or spectators during the bodybuilding route, although it will take care to avoid them.
  13. The participant performs the test under his absolute responsibility.  He also declares that he is in optimal physical condition for the development of the test and that he does not suffer from any illness that could put his physical integrity at risk.  The participant acknowledges that he has been informed by the organization of all the characteristics of the activity (physical, psychological, material, place, etc.) and performs it in full knowledge of them, he also acknowledges that the activity performing it can be physically demanding and can have unpredictable health consequences.
  14. The participant exempts, in any case, the organization from claims or demands for accidents or illnesses that may be contracted or aggravated during the test, for actions or omissions, for personal or material damage, and, without limitation, for theft, theft or deterioration of material that may occur due to own actions, by other participants, or even during the development of the activity.
  15. In no case will the registration money be returned , unless the test is suspended by decision of the organization, for reasons attributable to it and/or for reasons related to the Coronavirus pandemic.  In the cases described above, the registration price minus €5 of the management cost will be refunded.
  16. Faced with extraordinary inclement weather or causes of force majeure not attributable to the organization and which make it impossible to hold the race, the organization will not assume any responsibility and will not make any refund of the registration fee.
  17. By the mere fact of registering in one of the distances of the test, the entirety of this regulation is accepted. What is not planned, will be subject to the decision of the organization.
